BUSINESSES in the manufacturing sector are more actively undertaking upgrading and transformation projects, as they leverage Industry 4.0 solutions to enhance workplace safety and resilience.
Enterprise Singapore (ESG) has worked with enterprises in the manufacturing sector on over 1,300 projects to upgrade and transform their businesses from January to August 2020. This is about 65 per cent higher than the number of projects in the same period last year.
