[WASHINGTON] The International Monetary Fund expressed deep concerns about the global economy Tuesday as it again lowered its world forecast and called for "immediate" action by governments to shore up growth.
In its third cut to the outlook in six months, the IMF said it now expects the world economy to grow by just 3.2 per cent this year, 0.2 percentage points lower than January's prediction.
