[JAKARTA] Indonesia's central bank expects a US$38 billion increase in foreign exchange reserves by the end of 2017, its governor told a parliamentary commission on Thursday.
Indonesia's forex reserves stood at US$113.5 billion as of last month. Governor Agus Martowardojo said the reserves would stand at US$114.9 billion by the end of this year and US$151.5 billion by the end of next year.
He did not provide an explanation.
