Indonesia central bank sees 2015 GDP growth at lower range of 4.7%-5.1%
[JAKARTA] Indonesia's central bank expects the country's economic growth for 2015 to come in at the lower end of its 4.7 per cent-5.1 per cent target, below an initial estimate of 4.9 per cent, after third quarter growth undershot expectations, its governor said on Friday.
Southeast Asia's largest economy expanded 4.73 per cent in July-September from a year earlier, faster than 4.67 per cent in the previous quarter, but below Bank Indonesia's estimate of 4.85 per cent.
Governor Agus Martowardojo told reporters the central bank maintained its view for 2016 growth at 5.2 per cent-5.6 per cent.
