[JAKARTA] Indonesia will maintain its 2015 budget deficit estimate of below 2.5 per cent despite an expected shortfall in tax revenue this year, the finance minister said on Thursday.
Financing for the forecast deficit was secure and would be in the form of multilateral loans, Finance Minister Bambang Brodjonegoro told reporters. "However much it is, we can secure it," he said.
A fifth round of fiscal stimulus measures, to be announced on Thursday, will focus on taxation, the minister added.
