INDONESIA will review its tax treaties with dozens of countries and may suspend those that it concludes are being abused for tax avoidance, as the government looks to significantly boost revenue, the finance minister said on Friday.
President Joko Widodo, who took office last month, believes that South-east Asia's biggest economy is only collecting half of the taxes it should be and is pressuring tax collectors to do more.
