INTERNATIONAL schools in Singapore have started to feel the impact of the change in policy for Dependent Pass holders, with some saying they have had to face higher staff costs as they transition their staff from dependent passes to other work passes.
Since May 1, 2021, spouses and family members of expatriates working in Singapore who hold Dependent Passes need to obtain a work permit, an S-Pass or an Employment Pass to be employed.
