Iswaran rolls out S$20m fund, partnerships to boost media hub status
Developing content, grooming talent for Singapore will also be key, says the minister

COMMUNICATIONS and Information Minister S Iswaran on Wednesday rolled out a S$20 million fund as well as more partnerships to develop content and groom talent that will further boost Singapore as an Asian media hub.
"We have embarked on a series of initiatives on developing the market, developing our talent and supporting the evolution of the financial aspects of the industry," he said in the opening address at the Asia TV Forum & Market and ScreenSingapore in the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
