Japan's March household spending falls 10.6% year on year

    [TOKYO] Japanese household spending fell 10.6 per cent in March from a year earlier in price-adjusted real terms, government data showed on Friday.

    The result compared with the median estimate of a 12.1 per cent decline in a Reuters poll of economists.
