BORIS Johnson, widely expected to be announced as Britain's new prime minister tomorrow, is doing his utmost to bolster a divided nation with the spirit of Winston Churchill.
"It is time this country recovered some of its can-do spirit. We can come out of the EU on Oct 31, and yes, we certainly have the technology to do so," Mr Johnson wrote in a column in the Telegraph. "What we need now is the will and the drive."
