Josephine Teo urges CPF Board to fine-tune communication

MORE can be done to improve communication between the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board and its members, starting with a review of letters sent to members who are approaching their Payout Eligibility Age (PEA) and increasing opportunities for in-person interactions, said Manpower Minister Josephine Teo in Parliament on Monday.
