Khaw Boon Wan is new Transport Minister and Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure
KHAW Boon Wan is now Minister for Transport, as well as Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure.
The latter post will see him tie together the different aspects of urban planning and infrastructure provision - including housing, commercial and industrial development, road and rail networks, and information technology (IT) infrastructure.
Lui Tuck Yew, who was Minister for Transport and Second Minister for Defence, had asked to retire before the general election.
