THE under-performance of Malaysia's biggest initial public offering for the year Malakoff Corporation must be giving IPO prospects pause.
The region's biggest independent power producer slipped more than 6 per cent on Wednesday to RM1.63 before recouping some of its losses to close at RM1.72.
