[KUALA LUMPUR] Malaysia's consumer price index in March edged higher to 0.9 per cent from a year earlier due to increases in alcohol and tobacco prices, according to the Statistics Department on Wednesday.
Inflation was in line with the median forecast of 0.9 per cent in a Reuters poll.
