Malaysia's current account surplus rises to RM14.4b in Q2

[KUALA LUMPUR] Malaysia's current account surplus rose to RM14.4 billion (S$4.62 billion) in the second quarter from RM12.3 billion in the first quarter, the Department of Statistics said on Friday.
Portfolio investment saw a net inflow of RM20 billion, compared with an inflow of RM0.4 billion in the previous quarter.
