MAS seen keeping policy stance, for now

DESPITE disappointing third-quarter growth data, economists said that Singapore's central bank seemed poised on keeping its policy stance, for now.

Rather than reacting to quarterly data, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seen letting the effect of previous easing moves work its way through the economy.
