MALAYSIA'S Maybank plans to implement a rotation of senior portfolios to strengthen and develop leadership roles within the group, with the initial changes involving three senior management positions.
The changes come amidst the bank's posting of weaker-than-expected core earnings for the first quarter to end-March that were dragged by higher provisions, prompting analysts to suggest a closer watch on its asset quality trends.
