MOM, IHRP to strengthen HR profession in Singapore

THE Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Institute of HR Professionals (IHRP) will work with sector agencies to develop sector-specific HR playbooks with curated tools, solutions, and use cases as part of efforts to strengthen the profession in Singapore.
In addition, the ministry will also offer the national Human Capital Diagnostic Tool (HCDT) which helps businesses diagnose strengths and gaps in their HR processes; and identify appropriate solutions, free of charge to up to 3,000 businesses that have committed to business and workforce transformation projects, said Senior Minister of State for Manpower Zaqy Mohamad at the Virtual HR Festival Asia 2020 on Wednesday.
