MOODY'S downgrading of Hong Kong's credit ratings will likely have little impact in the short-term, unlike the preceding ratings cut in China, say analysts.
The US ratings agency downgraded Hong Kong's local currency and foreign currency issuer ratings to Aa2 from Aa1 late Wednesday, shortly after cutting China's credit ratings for the first time in almost 30 years.
