MORE bosses are becoming caring and family-friendly - and this is winning the loyalty of workers.
The win-win picture is drawn from the Ministry of Manpower's latest study on employment conditions, which shows more employers offering impromptu flexi-working arrangements, a five-day work week and longer annual leave. This has in turn cut resignation rates.
