THREE existing schemes - Career Support Programme, Professional Conversion Programme, and P-Max - have been boosted under an "Adapt and Grow" initiative to help local workers made redundant by the current economic slowdown and restructuring.

The help to be given - covering mainly professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs), who are among the hardest hit - is targeted to get workers back to work fast.
