M'sia e-recruitment down for sixth straight month

MALAYSIA's online recruitment activity continued to decline in September, falling by a fourth from a year ago with none of the nine sectors monitored by Monster.com enjoying any positive growth.

The sharp dip in e-recruitment was the sixth consecutive month of decline and underscores the uncertainties in the job market amid a softening economy and slowing consumer demand.
