    PARLIAMENT on Tuesday passed the National Environment Agency (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, paving the way for more volunteers to help in making Singapore litter-free.

    These community volunteers will be given the enforcement power NEA officers have in dealing with environmental offences.
