SINGAPORE'S Navy chief Lai Chung Han is leaving his post next month and will hand the reins over to Lew Chuen Hong - a rear-admiral who is the current chief of staff (naval staff) - on June 16.
Rear-Adm Lai will then take on a new job at the Ministry of Education (MOE) as its second permanent secretary on June 19.
