A NEW governing coalition could be in the making in Malaysia following a collective agreement involving five political parties comprising Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (Bersatu), Umno, a Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) splinter faction, PAS and Amanah.

The New Straits Times reported that the proposed new coalition under Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad has the support of 130 parliamentarians.
