THE WSG Career Development Framework (CDF) was launched on Monday to help career practitioner professionals build up their capabilities and competencies.
Spearheaded by Workforce Singapore (WSG), the WSG CDF seeks to professionalise the career practitioners industry by establishing a roadmap for the development and certification of their competencies. It is designed for practitioners who offer education and career advisory for the Singapore market.
