[WELLINGTON] New Zealand business sentiment rose in June to a six-month high, an ANZ Bank survey showed on Thursday.
The survey's headline measure showed a net 20.2 per cent of respondents expected the economy to improve over the year ahead, compared with an 11.3 per cent optimism level in the previous poll.
A net 35.1 per cent of respondents expected their own businesses to grow in the next 12 months, up from 30.4 per cent last month, while inflation expectations rose from 1.39 to 1.49 per cent.
