NZ consumer confidence rises to six-month high in November

[WELLINGTON] Consumer confidence in New Zealand rose in November while inflation expectations hit a four-month high, a survey showed on Thursday.
The ANZ-Roy Morgan consumer confidence index rose to 122.7, its highest level in six months, from 114.9 in the previous month. A reading above 100 shows optimism, while below that indicates pessimism.
Expectations for consumer price inflation over the next two years rose to 4.1 per cent from 3.3 per cent in the previous survey.
