A MAN was killed and a dozen other people wounded in Kuala Lumpur early on Thursday when a hand grenade exploded in a tourist section of Malaysia's capital city, in an incident police suspect to be related to a gangland turf battle.
The pre-dawn blast outside a pub in the Bukit Bintang neighbourhood - an area popular for shopping, dining and nightlife - seriously injured a parking attendant, who died in hospital later, police said.
