A ONE-STOP Business Grants Portal will be launched in the fourth quarter of this year to make it easier for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to tap the various schemes offered by the various government agencies.
This comes as many SMEs struggle with the range of incentive schemes and agencies, which they find confusing, despite the establishment of SME centres and the ramping up of outreach efforts.
"Firms will not need to go from agency to agency to figure out which schemes apply to them," said Finance Minister Heng Swee Kiat in his Budget speech.
