DESPITE recognising the rapid changes wrought by this fast-changing digital age, only 4 per cent of business executives around the world said their organisations are "change-agile".
Global human resources (HR) consulting firm, Mercer, said businesses are still taking an evolutionary approach to their talent strategies in the face of revolutionary changes.
