ORCHARD Road is set to undergo a rejuvenation aimed at making it more pedestrian-friendly and to inject vibrancy into the iconic shopping street.
For the long term, the idea of a fully-pedestrianised Orchard Road is being considered so that larger-scale experiential concepts can be rolled out.
