PM Lee discharged from hospital

A statement from the Prime Minister's Office expressed appreciation for the SGH team that looked after him

    Singapore

    PRIME Minister Lee Hsien Loong has been discharged from the Singapore General Hospital following Monday's surgery to remove his prostate, and has returned home in time for the New Year festivities.

    The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement on Wednesday that Mr Lee's surgeon had said that the prime minister's pathology report was good.
