THE prime ministers of Singapore and Malaysia are meeting in Putrajaya on Tuesday to witness the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the planned high speed rail (HSR) project linking Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
This will be the highlight of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong's day-long working visit to Malaysia's federal administrative capital.
