PRIME MINISTER Lee Hsien Loong on Wednesday officially opened a S$165 million new building for SMU law students which includes a state-of-the-art library dedicated to his mother.
Apart from the pearl-shaped dome 500-seater Kwa Geok Choo Law Library, which focuses on electronic resources rather than print, the Singapore Management University's School of Law building also houses a moot court where students can practise arguing their cases.
