The National Trades Union Congress' (NTUC) annual May Day Rally on May 1 will not be held in person this year, amid a prolonged "circuit breaker" to control the spread of the deadly novel coronavirus.
Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, who usually speaks at the Rally, will instead deliver his May Day Message on national television and social media channels on Thursday evening, the NTUC has announced.
