Programme launched to ease PMETs back into the workforce

LOCAL professionals, managers, executives and technicians (PMETs) looking to return to the workforce after a few years out of it must be active about breaching the main re-employment challenges, said NTUC Champion for Women and Family Desmond Choo on Thursday.
Doing so may entail accepting a lower-level job, and working at filling existing skills gaps, he said.
