PUBLIC health cooperation is a new agenda item for this year's 16th Joint Council for Bilateral Cooperation (JCBC) meeting between Singapore and China, which will take place virtually on Tuesday due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat, who will co-chair the meeting - the apex bilateral platform between the two countries - with Chinese Vice-Premier Han Zheng.
