THE combined revenue of Singapore's top 1,000 companies has hit the S$3 trillion mark in double-quick time, even as small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are hampered by headwinds, according to the latest S1000 and SME1000 rankings.
These top corporates crossed the S$2 trillion mark just three years ago; comparably, it took them six years to move from the S$1 trillion milestone in 2007 to the S$2 trillion mark in 2013.
