A ROBUST regulatory framework that builds public trust and promotes experimentation and innovation is a key factor that will encourage the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, said Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat on Friday.
This will enable, rather than stifle, innovation, and can also help level the playing field, allowing startups with innovative ideas to compete, he added.
