NEW and updated measures are on the way to support growth in the digital economy, as unveiled by Minister for Communications and Information S Iswaran in Parliament on Monday.
"Ultimately, every business, every worker and every citizen has to step up, overcome the challenges, and take ownership of their learning and digital transformation," he said.
