Singapore furthers IP cooperation with Cambodia

THE Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) has begun issuing reports assessing the merit behind patent applications filed in Cambodia, giving businesses and entrepreneurs faster access to a combined market of 20 million people.
These reports written by patent examiners, called first-office-action reports, cite the reasons for granting or rejecting applications for patents.
