THE Ministry of Health will be engaging the US Embassy and the US' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to give them the "necessary data", after the American public health agency cautioned people against travelling to Singapore, saying that the coronavirus level here is "unknown".
Ong Ye Kung, co-chair of the multi-ministry taskforce on Covid-19, said on Wed (Jan 5) that "the US CDC is not aware of our surveillance test numbers", which show that the incidence of Covid-19 in our community is currently "low and stable".
