[SEOUL] South Korea's economy and inflation are moving along the path that the Bank of Korea has forecast, a member of its monetary policy board was cited as saying during the Oct 15 rate meeting, in minutes released on Tuesday.
"The economy and inflation are currently moving not far from the path that was previously forecast," said the member, who was not named as the minutes are kept anonymous. "The dangers and costs of changing interest rates seem to be increasing while the link between financial conditions and the real economy seems to be weakening."
