SINGAPORE and China are entering the next phase of bilateral cooperation as they look to celebrate 25 years of their bilateral ties next year and work on a third government-to-government project.
Meeting Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on the sidelines of the annual Apec Summit, Chinese President Xi Jinping pointed out that cooperation between China and Singapore has always been one step ahead of other bilateral cooperation China has with other Asean countries.
