Sub-Saharan Africa ministers here on learning trip and to woo investors

    MINISTERS from 10 countries of Sub-Saharan Africa has arrived in Singapore for a three-day visit, as they hope to forge stronger maritime and aviation links, while getting a glimpse of Singapore's experience in sustainable development, human capital development, and sanitation.

    Singapore Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan welcomed the ministers on Monday at the opening of the second Sub-Saharan Africa High-Level Ministerial Exchange Visit.
