Surbana Jurong buys auxiliary police Aetos from Temasek

URBAN development group Surbana Jurong has bought Aetos Holdings, one of three licensed auxiliary police organisations in Singapore, from investment firm Temasek Holdings, Surbana Jurong said in a press release on Thursday.
It said the acquisition of 100 per cent of Aetos would expand its "service offerings to include safety and security capabilities".
Surbana Jurong group chief executive Wong Heang Fine said in a statement: "We will also be able to utilise Aetos' state-of-the-art unmanned aerial vehicles to enhance our surveillance security services as well as enhance our land survey capabilities."
