Surgeon Susan Lim will have to pay some S$235,200 in fees to a legal assessor for work done in a disciplinary inquiry against her after the Court of Appeal on Wednesday upheld an earlier decision by the High Court.
The fees are those of Senior Counsel Vinodh Coomaraswamy and are a portion of a bigger bill that the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) had submitted against Dr Lim for expenses from two disciplinary hearings.
