Talent index ranks Singapore tops in Asia-Pacific

FOR the fifth straight year, Singapore was tops in attracting and developing talent in the Asia-Pacific region. It was pipped globally only by Switzerland, according to an index compiled by French business school Insead.
The Global Talent Competitiveness Index (GTCI) was produced with workforce solutions provider Adecco and telecommunications service provider Tata Communications. The index measured the ability of 119 countries to lure, develop and retain talented people.
