HIGH Court judge Tan Siong Thye, 60, has been appointed to the newly created post of Deputy Attorney-General (DAG) for a three-year period.
Appointed by the President upon the advice of the Prime Minister, he will assume the post in the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) on Feb 2, the day after his term at the High Court ends.
